We currently offer delivery in only Canada. All orders are shipped within 2-3 days of being received and can take 3-7 business days for delivery. All shipments are sent with Canada Post. Cost of shipping is added before checkout. Free Shipping for all orders of 50$ and over before taxes in Quebec and Ontario (150$ to 200$ for other provinces). Free in store pick-up can also be selected at check out. Make sure you provide us with a cell phone number to text you when the order is ready for pick-up. The standard shipping fee is 12.95$ plus taxes (Quebec and Ontario) with an additional shipping fee for other provinces.
COVID-19 REGULATIONS
Please note that there will only be a certain a certain limit of shoppers allowed in the store at a time. Please be aware that there can still be line up at the stores. Masks MUST be worn at all times. You must disinfect your hands upon entry. Please do not pick up merchandise unless you intend to purchase it. RETURN AND EXCHANGES POLICY
Return & Exchange policy No returns are accepted. In store exchange only within 7 days of purchase. For online orders, returns or exchange shipping costs are to be covered by customers. Items must be in original and unopened packaging and/or labels. No exchange on jewelry, crystals, meditation pillows, special orders or sale and markdown items. Defective or damaged purchases must be communicated with the store within 24 hours of purchase for exchange only. Should we not be able to repair a defective item or exchange for a new one, an exceptional refund would be granted. Our promotions are not retroactive.

All of our bracelets and jewelry is covered by a 30-day warranty.

SIZE CHART
Our bracelets are 7 inches for Women designs and 8 inches for Men designs. If you have a resizing request, please send us an email immediately after ordering with the size you need. Using a soft measuring tape, measure the circumference of your wrist around where a bracelet would rest, just below the wrist bone.
CUSTOM ORDERS
We love any opportunity to help our customers get creative. If you are looking to create your own line of healing crystal bracelets, let us do the work for you.
