Crystals are minerals with repeated molecular structures that form over time in nature. This process is called nucleation, meaning intense heat and pressure cause their molecules to form a three-dimensional lattice structure. These inner structures are a perfect, repeated, stable structure. Due to this perfect lattice, crystals are able to absorb and transmit light energy back into the universe. The light energy is amplified and enhanced by the crystals internal structure.
